CherryLoop.com's FREE Shipping Policy

Free Shipping for all items shipped to an address in the US, except Hawaii and Alaska. Yes, it really is free. We don’t want you to have to worry about shipping costs or think about anything except how much you are going to love your new figure skating apparel, equipment, and accessories.  So we’ll pick up the tab. We normally ship using USPS Priority Mail, so you can expect your items on your doorstep within 2-3 days after we ship it out. Please allow up to 5 days before you start to worry, and we’ll send you an email notification with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your purchases as they make their way home.

We always pay for shipping from CherryLoop Headquarters...Even on Exchanges!

If your merchandise hasn't been worn, still has the tags, and is in the same condition we will pay for your return shipping.  You pay for shipping back to us, and we'll pay for the shipping of the new size back to you. If you pay for an exchange to get back to us, we will pay for the exchange to go back to your home.  

However, if you feel compelled to return the items you purchased from CherryLoop.com, you must pay the shipping fees to get it back to us, and we’ll happily refund your money.  Bottom line: if it ships from your location, you pay…if it ships from ours, we pay.

I need my merchandise now!  Do you offer faster shipping services?

Yes!  However, this requires prior approval first.  Meaning, if you want/need something tomorrow you need to get an email clarification from us that you have placed the order in time, the item is indeed in stock, and that you have paid the additional shipping fees.  It is very important that you get this approval.  Otherwise, we won't be able to help you if something gets messed up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CherryLoop  has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?


International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from CherryLoop. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
