Holiday 2011 Return and Exchange Policy Updates:
All returns and exchanges need to be received on or
before January 23rd, 2012. Yes, you heard right...buy now, put it under
the tree, and wait until they actually open it and see if it fits
before you have to return it. Our normal (super awesome) exchange
policy of 30 days after receipt is waived for all purchases made prior
to December 19th, 2011. Woo hoo!
That is big time...you will not find a more forgiving return/exchange policy in our industry.
However, all returns (not exchanges) may be subject
to a "Restocking Fee" if you purchased the item on sale, with a discount
code, or other offer that is not full retail price of the item.
Exchanges are cool...don't worry about those :)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from CherryLoop.com and want to keep you as a customer for years to come. To that end we will work with you to assure your satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please send a copy of your original receipt with your return/exchange. If you would like to make an exchange please note that on the original receipt and notify us as to what you would like in exchange. We really will work with you and want you to be happy…just let us know how we can do that.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
CherryLoop.com does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order. For any packages not received or "returned to sender" will be charged restocking fees, return shipping fees, the original shipping fees, and an inconvenience fee. So, it is very important to accept receipt of the package, and then return it according to the above processes and procedures.

We make it easy for you to return or exchange your merchandise. All you have to do is securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note whether this is a return or an exchange and how you would like us to proceed.
Once your package has been received at CherryLoop headquarters, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within thirty calendar days (it is usually much faster, but returns and exchanges can cause unexpected delays). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from cherryloop.com.
