Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please send a copy of your original receipt with your return/exchange. If you would like to make an exchange please note that on the original receipt and notify us as to what you would like in exchange. How do I make a return or exchange? We make it easy for you to return or exchange your merchandise. All you have to do is securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note whether this is a return or an exchange and how you would like us to proceed.
When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received at CherryLoop headquarters, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within thirty calendar days (it is usually much faster, but returns and exchanges can cause unexpected delays). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from cherryloop.com. |
