CherryLoop.com Holiday Extended Returns and Exchanges Policy!
All items purchased between November 15th - December 31st, 2012 qualify for the extended return/exchange program. As long as a return or exchange reaches our shipping/receiving team on or before January 31st, 2013 we will accept it.
That allows you to hold onto the item until Christmas morning and you don't have to worry about the sizing.
All other return and exchange policies still apply (see below)!
CherryLoop.com Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from CherryLoop.com and want to keep you as a customer for years to come. To that end we will work with you to assure your satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please send a copy of your original receipt with your return/exchange. If you would like to make an exchange please note that on the original receipt and notify us as to what you would like in exchange. We really will work with you and want you to be happy…just let us know how we can do that.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
CherryLoop.com does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order. For any packages not received or "returned to sender" will be charged restocking fees, return shipping fees, the original shipping fees, and an inconvenience fee. So, it is very important to accept receipt of the package, and then return it according to the above processes and procedures.

We make it easy for you to return or exchange your merchandise. All you have to do is securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please note whether this is a return or an exchange and how you would like us to proceed.
Once your package has been received at CherryLoop headquarters, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within thirty calendar days (it is usually much faster, but returns and exchanges can cause unexpected delays). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from cherryloop.com.

Due to the extreme discounts and the limited time allotted for
clearance items, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any clearance
items. There are no exceptions to this policy. Clearance items are
severely discounted in order to account for all problems with the
merchandise. If it doesn't fit, then we suggest giving the item away to
someone it does fit. In many cases the clearance section is also only
on sale for a limited time and once an item is purchased it prevents
another customer from purchasing the item. Please make certain you
placed the order correctly when purchasing an item on clearance. This
policy is stated on the "Clearance Rack" webpage, and on most of the
product pages where you purchase clearance items. If you are concerned
about the size or style, then please purchase the item from our normal
product pages for retail price, and then we can accept returns and
exchanges up to 30 days after receipt.
You will be given a store credit for the amount you actually purchased the item for. That means if there was a 20% discount, you will only be given credit for the amount you paid. You can't exchange an item of equal value unless it is equal to or less than the credit. In most cases items purchased with a discount code are only available for exchanges or returned for store credit. We can't accept returns for sale items, only exchanges. This prevents abuse of our aggressive return/exchange policy and preserves the integrity of items sold on discount. If there was a minimum purchase required in order to receive a discount, and the return drops the total below the minimum, you will be charged full price for the remaining items.You can't apply discount codes to items purchased prior to a sale. There are no exceptions, and people trying to abuse this will policy will not be allowed to purchase from our store in the future.
