How to shop online

Once you're done shopping for the best figure skating apparel and accessories on the planet, checking out with CherryLoop.com is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "view cart" button on the menu bar at the top of any page.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number of items.  This will reconfigure the total due automatically.

Thinking of removing items from your cart?
You may want to consider using our “wish list” functionality.  Store the items here and cross your fingers, maybe someone will look you up and buy it for you!  You can move items from your wish list to your cart at any time.  You do need to be signed into your personal CherryLoop Account in order to use this feature.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, choose your shipping method (Free Shipping).  Want to know the really good news?  All orders shipped in the United States are shipped for free even to Alaska and Hawaii (I know right?)   We normally ship using USPS Priority, so you can expect your purchase to arrive safely in 2-3 days.  Some orders are shipped straight from our designers and you will be notified if it will take a little longer.

Click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will need to add some basic information to complete your purchase.   Don’t worry just your name, email address, shipping address, and credit card information.  All stored securely and none of your information will ever be shared.  Please read our privacy policy for a complete understanding. 

If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.

Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

What is your shipping policy?

Free Shipping for all items shipped to an address in the US.  Even to Hawaii and Alaska.  Yes, it really is free.  We don’t want you to have to worry about shipping costs or think about anything except how much you are going to love your new figure skating apparel or accessories.  So we’ll pick up the tab.  We normally ship using USPS Priority Mail, so you can expect your items on your doorstep within 2-3 days after we ship it out.  Please allow up to 5 days before you start to worry, and we’ll send you an email notification with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your purchases as they make their way home.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Well, we are working on this one.  We would like to offer the same excellent shipping options we do for the folks stateside, so we are researching our international shipping methods.  However, if you really want something…drop us a line and we’ll work something out.  In other words, while we work out the kinks of our international shipping policies…we want you to have access to all of the great stuff on CherryLoop.com, just reach out to us and let us know where you live.


Does CherryLoop.com pay for shipping on returns and exchanges?

Sorry, this one is on you.  If you pay for an exchange to get back to us, we will pay for the exchange to go back to your home.  However, if you feel compelled to return the items you purchased from CherryLoop.com, you must pay the shipping fees to get it back to us, and we’ll happily refund your money.  Bottom line: if it ships from your location, you pay…if it ships from ours, we pay.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site; occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Do you have sizing information?

We have added a size charts link when Shop by Size is in effect. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering from cherryloop.com. Sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email or phone.

Which credit cards do you accept?

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.  If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I modify my order?

If you are lucky enough to catch us before we have shipped your merchandise we will gladly make any last minute changes to your order.  However, if it has already shipped and is on its way to your home, we suggest you wait and see what you think.  If you still want to modify the order, keep the tags on and return it to us following our return/exchange policy.

What is a cherryloop.com exclusive?

A CherryLoop exclusive is a specific item that is only available at cherryloop.com. This can include but isn't limited to an entire style, a color within a style, or a combination of colors sold together. Some exclusives run for a certain period of time - a chance to get the item first at cherryloop.com. Other exclusives are online only, meaning they are available in brick-and-mortar stores, but online you can only get them here.  All CherryLoop branded merchandise is a cherryloop.com exclusive and only available here or at one of the Figure Skating Events we attend throughout the year.  Please check our blog, facebook, twitter accounts, or event notices to find out if we’re coming to your town.

What brands do you carry?

Our Designer Index lists all the brands we carry, both alphabetically and by category.  We are at the rink daily researching all of the great figure skating designers in the world.  We are scouring in the internet to bring you the hottest fashions on the ice.  What does that mean for you?  We are adding new brands and designers every day and researching everything about them so you don’t have to.  Come back often and see what’s new!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from CherryLoop.com and want to keep you as a customer for years to come.  To that end we will work with you to assure your satisfaction.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Please send a copy of your original receipt with your return/exchange.  If you would like to make an exchange please note that on the original receipt and notify us as to what you would like in exchange.  We really will work with you and want you to be happy…just let us know how we can do that.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

CherryLoop.com does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We make it easy for you to return or exchange your merchandise.  All you have to do is securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at CherryLoop headquarters, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from cherryloop.com.

How do I register?

Simply click on “my account” and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout”, and this will automatically direct you to our register page.

What if I forget my password?

Simply visit this link. If you ever forget your password again, there is always a link on the "my account" page. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, cherryloop.com will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting "my account" once you login successfully.

How do I change my password?

Once you login to your account, you may change your password by clicking on "my account". Then click on "Account Information". Next click on the link that says: "Change password". Enter your new password and click on "Submit". "My account" is a useful destination for configuring your cherryloop.com account to your liking.

How do I make changes to my account profile?

Log into your account, and click on “Account Information” located at the top of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Submit” The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.
