Guaranteed by Christmas Promise:
All orders placed on or by Midnight, Thursday, December 15th, 2011 qualify
for the Christmas Guarantee. All orders placed by that time also
qualify for our "Extended Exchange" policy. Read about that here: Extended Exchange Policy for 2011.
Here is how it works.
1. You place an order.
2. We will let you know within 72 hours if there is a problem with
the order. For example, if it is out of stock, discontinued, or the
size or color you ordered will not be available. If we can't get it to
you by Christmas we will let you know at that time. You can choose to
exchange for something else, or cancel the order for a full refund.
3. If there is not a problem, your order will arrive on or before
Saturday, December 24th, 2011. If it does not arrive we will be
incredibly sorry, and will beg for your forgiveness AND give you a Gift

unlikely, as we will know almost immediately whether or not we can
fulfill your order.
4. Not included in the "guarantee" are the following: Brad Griffies

Dear Friends,
U.S. Figure Skating is now accepting applications for the Joyce Komperda Athlete Support Fund. You will find information and a downloadable application form with instructions at Joyce Komperda Athlete Support Fund. This opportunity is open to skaters at the novice, intermediate and junior levels.
Applications will be accepted through Monday, November 30th (or date stamped no later than November 30, 2009). Please be aware that the 25th and 26th of November is the Thanksgiving Holiday and allow an appropriate amount of time for your application to be processed through USPS.
Application review and selection will take place December 1- 11, 2009. Notification of awards will take place beginning the week of December 14, 2009.
