Welcome Matthew, the newest addition to the CherryLoop.com Family!

So, you are probably stopping by because you just received our latest email (sign up here, if you aren’t on the list), hinting at some big news. 

Our little, family owned, business continues to grow beyond our wildest dreams.  This growth has come with some unexpected results, some of which are positive and others not so much.  It is the “not so much” that we would like to address, and commit to overcoming immediately.

When we opened CherryLoop a few years ago we wanted to provide the best shopping experience for our customers with responsive, friendly, and consistent customer service.  With the incredible growth we have experienced in the last 6-8 months, we have not been able to uphold the high standard we set for ourselves during the company’s early years.

That changes today.  We would like to welcome Matthew Tencleve as our new Director of Operations and Customer Service.  Matthew has been a long time friend of ours and of the company, and we were finally able to convince him to come on board and take over our customer service and operations departments.  We have worked with Matthew in a variety of capacities in the past and we are convinced he is the best person for this job.

Here is what this means for you:

·         Upgraded Customer Service Hours and Policies

o   Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm Central Time

o   Call 918-728-6347 anytime during those times.  We will either answer the phone or return your phone call within 2 hours.

o   All emails will be returned within 24 hours (in most cases we will respond within the hour).

o   We will not keep official hours on the weekends; however, we will have staff on hand to answer calls and questions during reasonable hours.  We will also respond via email when available.

·         Faster response times to customer inquiries.

o   You will be notified immediately (during regular business hours) regarding any problems with your order.

o   You will be provided with fast options to solve any problems that come up.

·         Faster Shipping and Processing Times.

o   Items in stock will ship immediately.

o   Some items require shipping between warehouses, but this time will be reduced significantly.

·         A much more personable shopping experience.

Here is the next big announcement we have eluded to in the past.  We are embarking on a brand new website redesign and redevelopment.

The website has served its purpose well over the years, but it is time to make some changes.  Based on feedback we have heard from our customers, below is a list of some of the things we are considering in our new website redevelopment:

 

1.       Automatically Updated Inventory

2.       Ability to Expedite Shipping

3.       Order status updates via the website (Create a Profile)

4.       Choices regarding backordered items

5.       ETA on Shipping & Arrival

6.       Easily Accessible Size Chart, Shipping Policies, Descriptions, Reviews, etc.

7.       Easier to add to, or modify your order

8.       Easier search functionality

9.       Faster checkout process

10.   Not being charged for an item until it ships 

With all of that being said, here is where you come in. You get to help us build the new website, have input on what changes get implemented, and get free stuff.

Please let us know which 3 changes/updates you would like to see in the new and improved CherryLoop.com.  You can select from any of the above, or even better…come up with ones that aren’t on the list.  Please order them by highest priority (1 being highest).  If you have any ideas, suggestions, or any other feedback please let us know in this email.  We will read each and everyone, and we will weigh all of the answers and we will build our website accordingly.

We wanted to thank each and every one of you for sticking with us through some growing pains we've been experiencing.  We are truly grateful for your business!

We have grown exponentially in the last few months, and we are quite frankly a little overwhelmed.  If we owe you an email, a phone call, or tracking information...we promise we will get to every request as quickly as humanly possible.  In the meantime, we hope that this might help answer some frequently asked questions:

1.  What is out of stock?

Here is a list of some of our more popular product lines that are currently out of stock:

P04 - ChloeNoel, Skating Pants, with 2 inch waist
Most "Polka Dot" styles are out of stock indefinitely!  Buyer beware.

P06P - ChloeNoel, Polartec Skating Pants, Spiral.  Well, these are super popular, but they are also sold out in a LOT of sizes.  You may want to consider the "regular" spiral pants.  Good news: We expect these to arrive around the 10th!

P11 - ChloeNoel, Skinny Skating Pants, Sold out in the CXS, AXS, and AS sizes

P19 - Fuchsia/Light Pink - Sold out in AS, AXS, AL sizes - Expected any day now.

Hello Everyone!

A quick update from CherryLoop Headquarters.

1.  Those of you who have been with us for some time know that we hold a "post holiday" inventory/overstock sale.  That sale will begin at Midnight tonight.  Only current customers, members of our email list, and foreign heads of state will have access to the special deals.  If you are not on the list...sign up here <<<<SIGN UP NOW>>>>

2.  The extended deadline for exchanges/returns expired on January 23, 2012.  Any exchanges/returns accepted after that date may incur a "restocking fee", or worse yet...we may send it back to you.  However, our awesome and unbelievable return/exchange policy still remains.  30 days after receipt of your order you can send it back to us in new condition, with tags, unworn/unwashed, and we will refund or exchange your order free of charge!

3.  Due to rising shipping fees, we will no longer be able to ship free to Alaska or Hawaii.  Boo...it is just too difficult to ship to these areas.  Sorry!

As most of you know, we pride ourselves on working tirelessly to rush orders out the door and we guarantee most orders placed prior to midnight, December 15th to arrive on or before Christmas Eve.  If you order after this date, we will try desperately to beat Santa down the chimney.  We have a huge inventory of items that we can get on your door step by the 24th even if you wait until Wednesday, December 21st.

Guaranteed by Christmas Promise:

All orders placed on or by Midnight, Thursday, December 15th, 2011 qualify for the Christmas Guarantee.  All orders placed by that time also qualify for our "Extended Exchange" policy.  Read about that here: Extended Exchange Policy for 2011.

Here is how it works.

1.  You place an order.

2.  We will let you know within 72 hours if there is a problem with the order.  For example, if it is out of stock, discontinued, or the size or color you ordered will not be available.  If we can't get it to you by Christmas we will let you know at that time.  You can choose to exchange for something else, or cancel the order for a full refund.

3.  If there is not a problem, your order will arrive on or before Saturday, December 24th, 2011.  If it does not arrive we will be incredibly sorry, and will beg for your forgiveness AND give you a Gift Voucher for 20% of your next order at CherryLoop.com.  This is highly unlikely, as we will know almost immediately whether or not we can fulfill your order.

4.  Not included in the "guarantee" are the following: Brad Griffies Dresses, Figure Skatewear Dresses, Skating Blades, Boots, Heys Luggage (Heys Bags will probably arrive, but we can't guarantee that).  All Brad Griffies Dresses are "made to order" and take 3-4 weeks for delivery.  Unless you purchase from the "Clearance Rack" (then it will ship out immediately).

Holiday Shopping Updates

Wow, can you believe holiday shopping is approaching so soon?  Well, we've been preparing for the holiday season since early May...yes, you heard right...more than six months before Santa wiggles down the chimney we are building inventory, creating new products, adding vendors, and streamlining our shipping/receiving processes.

Here is what this means for you:

We guarantee that orders placed on or before Thursday, December 15th, 2011 will arrive before Christmas Day.

Most of our inventory is in stock and ready to ship immediately.  In some cases we need to transfer between warehouses and it may take 3-4 days before we can ship your order.  In order to save on shipping costs (we pay all shipping, you pay none!), we will almost always ship the entire order one time.

We will notify you within 72 hours of placing your if an item is out of stock and unable to make it before Christmas.  It is a busy time of year, so if something sells out we may not be able to get it to you in time.  We will let you know, and you can tell us how to handle the order.

We have 95% of ChloeNoel in stock.  We have 100% of Zuca in stock and ready to ship immediately.  We have the largest and most affordable inventory of ChloeNoel and Zuca.  You can shop with confidence.

What's So Great About Figure Skating?

Ryan Jahnke, from MySkatingMall.com, and 2003 World Team Member has been working on a video called, "What's So Great About Figure Skating".

This is a motivational, inspirational, and exciting video.  Ryan worked hard over the last few months filming skaters (some celebrity skaters too!), getting people to submit their own videos, cutting the tape, and promoting this video.

Southwest Regional Championships - We'll Be There!

We leave for the Southwest Regional Championships early Wednesday morning.  We can't wait to see all of our favorite up and coming skaters.  Regionals is where it all begins.  What regionals will you be attending this year and where?

I love following the skaters from Regionals, then on to Sectionals, and finally Nationals.  Last year we watched some close friends climb that ladder.  Ashley Cain and Joshua Reagan surprised the field by winning Nationals in Novice Pairs and they are on the Jr. Grand Prix Circuit as we speak.  

Agnes Zawadzki, another friend of the company went on to win the 2010 Junior National Championship.

But it all started at Regionals.  Last year the Southwest Regionals was in Dallas, this year we make the trek back up to Colorado Springs, CO to see all of the skating action.

If you plan on being there please stop by and say hello.  We'd love to see you again and we'll snap some pics at the CherryLoop booth.

For those of you staying home, don't worry...CherryLoop.com will still be shipping out your favorite figure skating merchandise.  Some of the staff must stay home and hold down the fort.  We'll also be shipping stuff directly from our booth at The World Arena.
